We do not accept returns, exchanges, or cancellations once an order has been placed except in the following situations:

  • The package was lost in transit

  • The incorrect item was sent

If one of the above occurs, you must contact us within 7 days of the marked delivery date and provide your order number. Once verified, a replacement or refund will be issued at our discretion.

We are not responsible for:

  • Buyer’s remorse

  • Incorrect shipping addresses provided at checkout

  • Shipping delays caused by the carrier
